How do I change the home language?
Open parent settings, tap Home Language, then choose Follow Device or one of the available languages. The change takes effect immediately.
Why is there no sound?
In parent settings, check the separate switches for Speech and Sound Effects. Also make sure the device volume is turned up and Silent Mode is off.
How do I reach parent settings?
On Home, tap the low-contrast parent control. The app says “Ask a grown-up to help” and shows the parental gate. A parent must solve the two-digit addition problem every time before parent settings opens.
Are there ads or purchases?
No. Just ABC has no ads, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.
Which languages are supported?
The teaching language is US English. The home language can be English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French, German, Brazilian Portuguese, or Italian.
